Golf Carts
Golf Carts are available with most of our interior ocean side homes with an additional $250.00 refundable security/damage deposit. Golf carts are available for rent thru Beach Butler Rentals for Spinnakers reach guest.
In the event you wish to rent a home which has a golf cart the following is information which you should know:
There is no insurance on these golf carts. Therefore the use of golf carts is strictly at your own risk.
The golf carts are provided by the individual homeowner for your convenience to use to carry your gear to and from the community pool across from the beach access.
Please do not drive the cart off the road onto the grass.
Only licensed drivers with valid driver's license will be allowed to drive the golf cart. Violation will result in forfeiture of golf cart privileges
The golf cart is to be used within the subdivision of Spinnaker's Reach ONLY
Please obey ALL TRAFFIC SIGNS.
You will be required to sign an agreement acknowledging that the use of the golf cart is at your own risk, that you will be responsible for any and all debts incurred as a result of any accidents involving the golf cart, and that you will hold harmless the owner of the property/golf cart, the developer, and Spinnaker's Reach Realty, Inc.
