These homes are located on the Intracoastal Waterway which lingers its way along the entire East Coast of the U.S. Locally, we call it the “sound” because this particular stretch of barrier islands and boating playground is called the “Bogue Sound” and the inlet to the Atlantic Ocean less than a mile away. The part of the island where the ocean meets the sound has been named the Point and is a nice stroll on the beach or a quick bike ride away from any of our homes.
While staying at these waterfront homes you have access to the beach as well as experiencing the endless number of activities on the calmer waters. You can easily slip into a kayak for the day, paddle off on a Stand Up Paddle board to take in the views, or catch your dinner dockside!
