DESCRIPTION:
This beautifully decorated one-level house will make your vacation a breeze. The private pool is a wonderful size, easily located just out the side door of the home, and offers a fully furnished pool deck.
The kitchen is expertly stocked with all the items you will need for a family vacation... all with a relaxing pool view! The living room and dining area share a space filled with light, new furniture, and vaulted ceilings.
The guest rooms are all located off the living area. One hallway accommodates both guest rooms that offer Queen beds and they share the adjacent hall bath. The primary suite with a King bed offers a marble-lined bathroom and is located on the other side of the home. The additional sleeping space for the bunk beds is just off the kitchen but does offer the option for privacy. The entrance to the garage is through this space. All of the bed linens, including the comforters are laundered in between guests as part of the Spinnaker’s Reach Fresh Bed Promise.
The beach access is located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This is where the golf parking is for the community as well as the community pool. If you chose to walk to the beach from Daydream Believer the stroll would take around 5-7 minutes. The golf cart provided with the home does, however, make the trip that much easier!
