DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Changes in Attitude! This warm and cozy direct oceanfront location will adjust any attitude!
Upon entering Changes in Attitude on the 2nd level entry, you are welcomed by the amazing view of the ocean! To your right and left you will find 2 guest rooms: the guest room on the left is a room with a Queen bed and a newly renovated private bath, the room to the right is a room with 2 Twin beds that shares a hall bath with the living area. As you walk into the home, you will find that the living area, kitchen, and dining rooms all have front row seating for the amazing ocean views! Windows from ceiling to floor! The well-stocked kitchen, dining room, and living area are decorated with light colors. All of the windows allow that beautiful sunlight in to brighten each and every corner!
As you head up to the "bedroom" floor, you will be greeted by a King guest room to the right of the landing. This room shares a jack n jill bathroom with an Oceanfront Queen guest room that has a private deck and yet, another wonderful ocean view. Across the hall, there is another Oceanfront guest room that is furnished with a Queen bed that has a private deck with an amazing view, and of course, your private bath. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all linens are laundered between guests.
This home has a private walkway to the beach with a dune deck. Another plus is that it's located just a hop, skip, and jump away from the Spinnaker's Reach community pool! The community pool and bathhouse is located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court which is approximately a 2 minute walk away.
